I know what a lot of you are thinking almond and spinach in a smoothie? This smoothie tastes amazing any you can’t even hardly taste the spinach. Just add all of the ingredients below into your blender, and before you know it you have a healthy great tasting weight loss smoothie!
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of blueberries – you could use a banana if you prefer them over blue berries
3 cups of raw spinach
1.5 TBSPs Roasted natural almond butter (you could also use raw almond butter)
2 heaping table spoons of Natural Plain Greek Yogurt
Sweeten to your taste with a little bit of honey
