There has been a lot of buzz around the internet the past year or so about Apple Cider Vinegar for weight loss. So is Apple Cider Vinegar good for weight loss?

Although there are plenty of apple cider vinegar weight loss diet plans out there, my research into the subject has turned up that their are several benefits to using this product in your daily diet. One of which is the feeling of fullness that it gives you when combined with other low calorie foods. Most people have claimed to only loose one or two pounds a month so it’s effects are minimal in my opinion.

As far as shedding off those pounds at a rapid rate I don’t think I would waste my time researching an apple cider diet. I think I would stick to healthy doctor approved diet plan and plenty of exercise to burn off that belly fat, but if you still aren’t convinced and want to dig a little deeper into this diet then there are several good books available on the subject over at amazon. Some even include pairing it up with coconut oil. Along with several makers of apple cider vinegar tablets. Just make sure you do your research and consult your doctor before using any of these products.
